Nut Fudge Sauce

Okay people, there will be no 'fudge' jokes here today so get your minds out of the gutter. This nut fudge sauce (I can't even write that with a 'straight' face) fulfills its destiny when spread over two heaping scoops of vanilla ice cream. The nut penetrates the fudge at the climactic moment after the fudge has been fully pounded through. "I thought you said there were not going to be any fudge jokes." I did and there have not been any so far. What kind of sick pervert are you? Let's begin:

In a small bowl (not the PAN seen here stupid) combine 3tbl cocoa powder and 2c of sugar. In a saucepan (seen above) combine the sugar mixture with 2/3c mild over low heat (about a 2 dummy). Whisk until the sugar has fully dissolved.

Add 3oz chocolate, 2tbl butter, and 2tbl light corn syrup for about ten minutes. Increase the heat to medium and simmer that fudge. "What's with all that floaty shit?" That's the butter retard. It will melt; Don't worry you big baby.

Rapidly boil the fudge (over medium heat still) for about 5-10 min or until a candy thermometer reaches 225 deg. "Candy thermometer? Does that mean you can eat it?" You cannot be fucking serious. Are you fucking with me or are you really that stupid? I can never tell with you. Remove from heat and let it cool for a half hour. Now it is time to add a cup of your finest nuts. Pour all over that vanilla ice cream.
