Hair of the Dog Brewing - Ruth

After that disgusting Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Michigan beer, I need a solid brew to ground my palate. Who do I turn to? Hair of the Dog baby! Their brews never fail to please every last one of the human senses. We all remember what a love affair I had with the Blue Dot. While Hair of the Dog is notorious for producing high ABV beers, this one lands in at a mild 4.5%. Legend has it this all American pale ale was born because the neighboring pub couldn't handle their customers after a few 10% ABV brews. Probably bullshit but it would explain why the beer is named after the brewers grandmother. What a bunch of sissies. In any case, this beer is fucking perfect for every occasion. It is light and smooth like cheetah, but strong and fierce like a lion. The aroma is floral and the aftertaste a bright malt. A beautiful beer in every way shape and form. I love you Hair of the Dog. 5 out of 5. Drink it.
