Lagunitas brewed this limited release in light of their recent brush with the law. As legend has it, Lagunitas was THE brewery for pot-smoking hippies until one fateful day when an employee sold a bag of doobies to an undercover agent that had been casing the joint. The brewery and pub were subsequently shut down for twenty days. From what I am able to glean from the label, Lagunitas sees this error in judgement as a badge of honor. Once again your label has pissed me off Lagunitas. Your beer may be good but you are a fucking douche bag. You want respect because you got busted? Fuck you. Have some damn discretion and basic common sense. I would cover up this incident rather than make it public. Fire that dumbass employee and then your marketing rep. I can't fucking stand you Lagunitas but I love your beer. 2 out of 5. Fuck them.

get your facts right before you go talking bout things you have no idea about. NO pot was ever sold at the brewery to ABC agents or anyone else for that matter!Yes there was a jay or two passed around but its Nor-Cal where we have a LEGAL right to consume. To clear confusion, they do not smoke at the brewery anymore but continue to put out some of the best beer in the country. Today is the 5th anniversary of the "bust". Celebrate with a cold one!
