Just finished making your Snickerdoodles and Citrus Poundcake muffins. I fucked up Snickerdoodles in December - still bitter about those. Yours came out perfect!

I'm eating my first now. Holy shit they are good. My 4 year old scarfed one down in about ten seconds - and she never finishes a muffin. My 15 month old has his face buried in a cookie.
I noticed you like Caprese salad. Have you tried slicing a tomato, top with thin slices of sweet onion, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic, little bit of salt, top with feta? Simple, but good. Stole that from a restaurant in Boise, ID.
My husband just commented that the muffins taste a lot like Madeleines (I make those at Christmas too) - I think he's right!
I have not tried that (tomato salad) but I will now! Thanks.
