As you all know I love my lamb but I also love my sauces. I received a challenge to make "purple mayonnaise" so I figured I would make it an accompaniment to my lamb. That way if the sauce sucks I still have some meat action. First, puree one plum and squeeze in a little lemon juice. Then add a little bit of mayo (make your own if you like but I know you are too damn lazy) and completely combine. Was that so hard? You think you can manage that? Put it in the fridge and let it chill. Cook your lamb. This sauce was really tangy and I never would have made it if I had not been challenged to make "purple mayonnaise" so I would not really suggest making it yourselves. It kinda sucked. By kinda, I mean a lot. Don't eat it.
You suck at cooking. You fuck up rice. You think Cayenne is that fat bitch from around the way and Old Bay is the piece of shit that keeps calling the cops on you and your boys. Stop being such a fucking loser and grow a brain. Cooking is easy as shit. Learn it.

Seared Lamb with Plum Mayonnaise

Mmmmm...little baby sheep meat and cat puke all on one plate!
One of them was tasty!
I presume you picked either the lamb or the plate itself being tasty :D
Anything but the purple mayo...
I think plums and lamb could work together but not plum mayo. Too much fat in one dish. The ricness of the plums simply calls for a different sauce. -- gtally
Thank you Mr. Know-it-All
Yeah, that's pretty much me in a nutshell. I'm so awesome, I can't even spell "richness" right! --gtally
And you call yourself the Nerd King...
You're weak sauce.
That's not really English dude.
