Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Pizza

Some of you might know this collaboration by an alternative name, margherita pizza. Fuck that. That word does not even look English. Spell it like the damn drink and I will use it. Until then, kiss my perfectly formed ass, margherita. Let's begin:Now I am going super fucking simple here so if you want to get crazy feel free to add whatever you would like to this basic pizza sauce. I also got lazy and didn't feel like chopping a bunch of tomatoes so I used a can. "HaHa!" Fuck you asshole. You don't even know how to chop up a fucking tomato. Anyway, saute 2 cloves of garlic in some olive oil for about two minutes and then pour in a can of diced tomatoes and add 8 leaves of fresh basil, pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt. Simmer and reduce for about an hour.

Make a pizza crust. Be sure to let your dough rise, dumbass. Smear on your cooled sauce and top with sliced hunks of mozzarella. For the Love of God please use the real shit and not that pre-shredded crap. No string cheese either.
500 deg and 13 minutes later you have yourself a nice ass pizza. Add a fresh basil leaf to each slice of mozzarella. Eat it.

You can shred it yourself. I am old enough that I had to shred lots of cheese, as bags of shredded cheese were not so prevelant in grocery stores back in the day.
