Meat, Bread, and Cheese Plate

It does not get any easier than this folks. No real cooking involved, just plating. Think you can handle that? Probably not. You walk around like a stoned transient in your local market since there are no value meals or visual aids. You are that person that asks an employee to help you locate an item and it turns out you are standing right in front of it. Then you end up as a status update on Facebook, Twitter, or even worse, in "I Anonymous" in the Mercury. You are what is wrong with society. Let's begin:
Get some cured pork meats and cheese. Here I used salami, Soppresata, and Danish blue. You are by no means limited to this selection so please use whatever the fuck you want but no bologna or American cheese, loser. The bread you see here is the leftover "bun" I had from yesterday but since you suck at making your own bread, and life in general, just buy some from the store. Eat it.

yup...the Danish blue is really cheap. That slice was only $2.50

In an interesting coincidence I bought a wedge of Danish blue just an hour or so before reading your post. And I was considering the joys of berating you on your lack of blue cheese-related content: a puzzling ommission considering how you seem to have advanced taste-buds in other areas. Sweet potatoes notwithstanding.
Once again you do not disappoint. Your plate looks like the work of an evil genius. I however will be enjoying my blue cheese finely crumbled on top of a burger with a side of balsamic vinegar catsup. Jealous?

You know, sometimes even mixing a a hard chees, like manchego, and some grainy mustard can make even more delish. It's fun to mix it up a bit - I eat this at least once a week.

This is my favorite go-to dinner. Anna's Ginger Thins with the Blue Cheese is AMAZING too. Gouda and Havarti with this plate would also be fantastic.

Brie, grapes and a bottle of wine with the meats and bread - perfect summertime meal.

Thanks for reminding me how great a simple meal can be.
