Zucchini, Kalamata, Basil, and Feta Pasta Salad

My lady scammed a fucking gigantic zucchini from her co-worker's garden. Co-workers are a great source of food stuffs. In casual conversation just start crying and babbling about how your food stamps ran out and your kids have been eating exclusively at McDonald's for the last week. That is how you get yourself a bomb ass zucchini. Let's begin:I told you this thing was ridiculously large. You could feed the state of Wyoming with this thing. Slice it in half, lengthwise. Slow cook it on the grill for about an hour. I only made half the damn thing but if you grill both of them at the same time be sure to rotate regularly.
So this is what it should look like after slow cooking for an hour. The top should be lightly firm to the touch. The last thing you want is mushy zucchini. So what the fuck am I going to do with this thing? Whip up some pasta salad, dummy.
Boil some fresh rigatoni for 3 min and drain. Toss with EVOO and plate it. Top with diced kalamata olives, diced zucchini, fresh basil, and feta. With the basil the rule is Julienne for money, whole leaves for show. Garnish with sweet peppers, stuffed with chevre. Eat it.

Sprinkle some of that Cock Flavoured soup mix on that bad boy and lay it in a nest of alfalfa sprouts and you'll got one man sized meal fit for any fair maiden.
