Maybe next week I will get up off my ass and cook something out of the ordinary but not today. Today begins the sweet anticipation of a round of golf on this upcoming beautiful weekend so nothing that requires much thought will be made in the next day and a half. I'm going to give your etouffe a try, although it probably sucks. Going to use shrimp though because we don't have shitloads of crawdads just laying around in Detroit supermarkets.
