This is so stupid easy you will finally be able to put your George Foreman grill back on the shelf. Toss some red potatoes and whole peeled cloves of garlic in olive oil and salt & pepper. Arrange as seen above and top with whole rosemary sprigs. 400 for 30 min (toss potatoes halfway through). Remove fish from dish. Toss potatoes and return to oven for another 10-15 min.
This is a pineapple-chipotle salsa that was pretty fucking sweet. I don't really remember how I made it but it had brown sugar and vinegar in it I think. I also cooked it and added the tomatoes at the end. Fuck, I wish I remembered how to make this.
This was just a sandwich I made with with bomb ass ham I got at this Bavarian joint. It was unreal.
Oh yeah! I made these scotch eggs that made me shit a brick. I just wrapped a hard boiled egg in seasoned ground pork, rolled it in bread crumbs and deep fried it. I made four of them.
I broiled this steak and it turned out pretty well. I think I will continue to broil my steaks when cooking them indoors. That sauce is like a sour cream and horseradish thing but it looks like I chopped up pickles or some shit and put them in there . The red beans and rice were courtesy of Zataran's.
I had this applewood smoked ham I got from New Seasons and I was loving it in sandwiches but I thought I would toss some in a quiche. I mean, why the fuck not? Looks like I used cream cheese and green onions as compliments.
For the 9,000th time here is some blacked catfish. Always turns out perfect.
I had a bunch of leftover buffalo bolognese and I used it as the base for a pizza. It was actually incredible. I would highly suggest it.
For the 10,000th time here are some fucking crab cakes. Always turns out perfect.
I got these chicken wings and I used the buffalo shrimp technique on them. Delicious.So that's what you missed. Dissapointed?

All this looks delish! Seriously - those Scotch eggs look bomb (at first I thought they were nested eggs in a piece of bread - have you made those before?), that steak looks perfect, and the fish with rosemary looks awesome.
