I couldn't resist posting this picture. They deep fry the bacon wrapped hot dogs in Jersey but I just pan fried it as seen above.
The Jersey Breakfast Dog technically has one fried egg but I just scrambled two eggs in the bacon grease and topped them with cheddar cheese. I used mayo but you sick fucks would probably squirt ketchup all over it.
Fuck yeah. Eat it.

Here in San Francisco we have a series of street vendors, of Mexican guys posted near the bars who make bacon wrapped hot dogs. The smell drifts for blocks. It's best with grilled onions, peppers and mustard. Eat it.

@ Jasmine: Those guys are all over downtown L.A., too. (They use these old, de-commissioned meter-maid carts, fitted with propane griddles.) I always have one or two of those bacon-dogs every time I go to the garment district for a fabric binge! It's just the thing to raise the spirits and give me the energy to keep shopping and haggling with the vendors.

I like the use of provolone but you need to practice wrapping things in bacon. That shit is ugly!

I cannot possibly eat this food. There are pork products contained therein. Consumption of pork is against my beliefs. Allah will haunt you if you eat this.
