Cuban Mojo Skirt Steak - StumptownMag Post
Hey losers. I did another post over at StumptownMag. The mojo was super awesome and I would highly recommend making it. Also in unrelated news, I changed the template. Leave all hate mail below please.
Some dude commented on the stumptownmag post: "For those of you who are to stupid to recognize, like the CfA, pictured above is not skirt steak. Sirloin, bottom round I believe – which would be nice in a skirt – and is probably half the price of fucking skirt steak so use it. If you cooked skirt steak (@$8-$9/lb)on a hot grill for 20 minutes, you would literally have shit. That being said, I can not wait to make this delicious sounding marinade for a skirt steak tomorrow and cook for about 6 minutes on each side."
He is 100% correct for the record. I took a picture of the description of the meat on the package and my lady accidentally deleted it. I had no fucking clue what this cut of meat was so I made something up.
Steak looks awesome, I use mojo on everything! And the template is cool just seems like it needs something to make it spark a little more. Oh and I'd do your mom too BTW!

Doesn't look black to me. Looks like 2 shades of crappy blue. I think my dry cleaner has the same template.

I changed it back to black...I think I like it. I did a doo-doo brown suede for a minute. I liked it but it was too unappetizing.
